Common questions

The app can't find my clock.
Pairing happens over Bluetooth, so the app needs Bluetooth permission (Settings › Apps › Write Time on your iPhone) and the phone needs to be in the same room as the clock. If a clock that was previously paired won't connect, power cycling the clock resolves most cases.
My clock shows as offline in the app.
Offline means the clock can't reach Wi-Fi, not that it stopped working. Schedules live on the clock itself, so it keeps the correct time and keeps following its week plan. Changes you make in the app sync over once it reconnects, or immediately over Bluetooth when your phone is nearby.
Do I need a clock to use the app?
The app is built around the physical clock, and most features assume one is paired. If you'd like one, join the wishlist and you'll hear when clocks are available.
How do I delete my account?
In the app: Settings › Account Details › Delete Account. This permanently removes your account, your designs and schedules, and your clock connections, and revokes the app's Sign in with Apple authorization. The clock itself keeps running its last schedule and can be set up again with any account. Details on what's stored are in the privacy policy.
